Exeter Science Park in association with Securious is excited to announce the launch of a new website – Exeter Science Park Cyber Guides – that offers free cyber security resources and guidance to its tenants.

The site (https://exetersciencepark.cyberguides.org/) is launching with a series of short videos and written executive guides to help STEMM businesses and their teams understand the most pressing cyber security threats they face along with steps they can take to mitigate them. More content will be added regularly to respond to new issues and address specific concerns raised.

The content on the site is provided by the South West’s leading cyber security company, Securious, who have been residents in Exeter Science Park since 2016.

Announcing the launch, Dr Sally Basker, the Exeter Science Park CEO, commented:

“Cyber attacks and data breach threats represent a very real risk for all organisations. For rapidly growing STEMM businesses, typical amongst our tenants, it is important they are aware of these and embed good cyber security into their culture and systems. I believe the videos and guides on this new site are a great way for founders and their teams to get up to speed in a straightforward, non-technical manner.”

Roz Woodward, CEO of Securious, said:

“Securious is delighted to have partnered with Exeter Science Park to launch Cyber Guides for its tenants. Our mission with the website is to deliver important information in engaging, bite-sized chunks that helps growing businesses quickly get to grips with their cyber security. We look forward to creating more resources based on requests and feedback that cover subjects of particular concern to Exeter Science Park tenants.”
